Hi, I’m Abbey!
I’m a wife, mom of four, and farmer! Life on our 8 acres is full of adventure with over 100 animals ranging from cows and horses to chickens! My journey in the field of ABA began after earning my Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2007. Unsure of my next steps, I started as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting a boy with Autism in the school setting - and I immediately fell in love with the work. From there, I pursued my Master’s in Education with an Early Childhood Special Education Credential and spent 7 years teaching in both non-categorical and Autism-specific classrooms, helping many preschoolers successfully transition into kindergarten. In 2014, after my first son was born, I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and began supporting children and families in 2016. I’m also certified in the UCLA PEERS program and am especially passionate about bridging the gap between home and school environments.
As a Christian woman, I’m currently helping my home church build a Special Needs Ministry, something close to my heart. I love creating opportunities for children and families to access environments and services that might otherwise feel out of reach.
I’m excited to collaborate with you and support your child, family, or church in ways that truly make a difference and enhance quality of life for individuals with special needs.
I would love to hear from you!

Hey, I’m Rachel!
I’m a proud wife, mom to a sweet 1-year-old son, and dog mom to our golden retriever. I’ve been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2015, and from my very first role as a Registered Behavior Technician, I knew I had found my calling.
After earning my Master’s degree in ABA in 2017, I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2018. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges across home, school, and community settings. I’m deeply passionate about partnering with families to help them support their child’s growth and development.
In addition to working directly with clients, I’m dedicated to mentoring future BCBAs. Guiding others through their certification journey and helping them become compassionate, ethical professionals is one of my greatest joys.
I truly love the field of ABA and believe in its potential to make a meaningful difference. Whether you're a parent, educator, or aspiring BCBA, I’m excited to support you on your journey!
Can’t wait to chat more.

Hi, I’m Crysta!
I’m a wife, mom, and dog mom who has always known my heart belonged in working with kids. Back in 2012, I had the joy of working with my very first child with Autism - and that experience confirmed my passion for this field. From there, I went on to earn my Master of Science degree at the University of North Texas and became a BCBA in 2018. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many amazing kids, teens, and adults across clinics, schools, communities, and homes.Outside of work, life is just as full and joyful (and tiring)! After crushing on my husband for 15 years, I was lucky enough to marry him - and now we’re raising our sweet son Barrett (born in 2023), with another little one on the way! Add in our three fur-babies, and there’s never a dull moment. We love Jesus, sneaking in naps when the kids allow, and spending time outdoors together.
I’m so excited to connect with you, support your journey, and learn from you along the way!
Can’t wait to hear from you!

Hey, I’m Brianna!
I’m a mom to a fun, energetic toddler, a big football fan, and a lover of a good thriller book. My journey in ABA began in 2016 as a Registered Behavior Technician, and it didn’t take long for me to know this was the field I wanted to grow in.
I completed my Master’s degree in 2022 at Arizona State University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2025. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children and teens ages 2–18 across home, school, and community settings.
I’m especially passionate about working with adolescents and making sure they have a voice in shaping their own treatment. I also love supporting and empowering families through parent training, I truly believe that when parents are involved, it makes all the difference in helping kids build and expand their skills.
Excited to chat with you more!

Hi, I’m Shannon!
I’m a wife, proud mom of three spirited kids, and an avid sports fan. My journey in ABA began nearly 10 years ago as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I quickly witnessed the incredible impact ABA can have on children and their families. That experience inspired me to further my education, earning a Master’s in Education from Arizona State University and becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2020.Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, families, and staff both virtually and in person. My clinical work has focused on severe problem behavior and social skills development, and I have a special passion for working in school settings. Coming from a family of educators, I deeply understand the challenges teachers face and love collaborating to create strategies that support both students and classrooms.
I believe ABA has limitless potential, but I also recognize that traditional models aren’t always accessible to every population who could benefit. That’s why I’m committed to making ABA more inclusive and adaptable across diagnoses, environments, and communities. My goal is to ensure families, educators, and organizations have the tools and support they need to help every individual thrive.
